1. Age verification

We may confirm your date of birth or use another method to verify that you are 18 or older.
Official identification may be requested when reasonably necessary.
If an ID image is requested, you will be instructed to hide numbers, address and other unnecessary details while leaving the name, photograph and date of birth visible.
Membership or bookings may be cancelled if false age information is discovered.

2. Member-only photos and videos

Private content is for the personal viewing of the member only.
Unauthorized saving, screenshots, screen recording, copying, reposting, forwarding, sale, streaming or distribution is prohibited.
Content may not be posted to social media, message boards, video sites, shared drives or third-party groups.
Member-page URLs, access information and LINE group content may not be shared.

3. No AI training, deepfakes or impersonation

Photos, videos and audio may not be used for generative-AI training, face swaps, deepfakes, nudification, unwanted sexual alteration, impersonation, synthetic advertising or a similar purpose.

4. Photo-session rules

Permitted outfits, location, time, equipment, poses and physical boundaries are agreed before the session.
Secret photography, recording or shooting outside the approved place, time or method is prohibited.
Images may be used only within the scope approved in writing or by message before publication.
Unless separately approved, images are for personal viewing only. Social posting, sale, advertising, competition entry or commercial use requires individual permission.
Do not disclose a face, legal name, address, location, schedule or other private information without permission.

5. Consent and personal space

Every photo, conversation, treatment and other experience requires clear mutual consent. Consent may be changed or withdrawn because of health or circumstances on the day. Unwanted conduct, pressure, repeated negotiation and touching without explicit permission are not accepted.

6. LINE group and member interaction

Do not take posts, photos, conversations or member information outside the group.
Unapproved direct messages, sales, solicitation or repeated requests are prohibited.
Defamation, sexual harassment, abuse, invasive questions or conduct that seriously disrupts the group are prohibited.

7. Response to violations

Depending on the violation, the Site may issue a warning, stop content access, request deletion of photo data, cancel a booking, remove a member from the group or terminate membership. Serious unauthorized distribution, threats, stalking, secret recording or disclosure of private information may be reported to a platform, authorities or legal counsel.
