Terms of Use and Subscription Terms

Important: This English version is provided for convenience. If it conflicts with the Japanese version, the Japanese version governs, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

These Terms apply to monthly memberships, digital content, private calls, photo sessions and reservation-only experiences provided by Kuro-Gyaru Loose Socks Secret Base (the Site). Please read them before purchasing or booking.

1. Acceptance

By applying, paying or using a service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and the Age and Media Guidelines.

2. Eligibility and account use

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Use accurate information belonging to you.
  • Membership access, private URLs, login information and member content may not be shared with another person.

3. Monthly memberships

SECRET BASE MEMBER | NORMAL – JPY 3,980 per month

  • Fifteen member-only photos are released each month in numbered volumes.
  • The first successful payment unlocks Vol.1. Each successful monthly renewal unlocks the next volume.
  • Access may include the members-only LINE group and early announcements.

IKENIE VIP MEMBER | PREMIUM – JPY 12,800 per month

  • Available in limited numbers.
  • Includes one private 15-minute online call with nico each month.
  • Includes priority invitations to photo projects, in-person experiences, limited booking slots and VIP-only merchandise purchase opportunities.
  • Photo sessions, Sanzu, Ikenie, Tengoku and other individually priced experiences are not included unless explicitly stated.

Current benefits, capacity and delivery method are shown on the applicable offer or checkout page. Material changes will be announced by a reasonable method before they take effect.

4. Automatic renewal and payment

Monthly plans renew automatically from the original subscription date until cancelled using the designated method. If payment fails, access to new volumes, member pages or groups may be paused. Payments are processed by an external payment provider. The Site does not store full card numbers or security codes.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel before the next renewal date using the designated Stripe cancellation method or the method shown at purchase. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Prorated refunds and other conditions follow the Cancellation, Refund and Subscription Cancellation Policy.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Saving, copying, reposting, forwarding, distributing, streaming or reselling member-only content without permission.
  • Sharing membership access or private URLs.
  • Harassment, threats, stalking, unsolicited contact or abusive conduct toward nico, the operator or other members.
  • Identifying or disclosing private information, shooting locations or schedules.
  • Using photos, video or audio for AI training, face swaps, deepfakes, nudification, impersonation or other unauthorized modification.
  • Conduct that violates law, public order or platform rules.

7. Suspension or termination

Access may be suspended or terminated without prior warning for serious rule violations, prolonged payment failure or harmful conduct. Serious infringement, threats, stalking, secret recording or disclosure of private information may be reported to platforms, authorities or legal counsel. Refund limitations are subject to applicable law.

8. Changes, interruption and intellectual property

Services may be changed or interrupted because of maintenance, disasters, network failure, third-party outages, safety concerns or other unavoidable circumstances. If a major service cannot be delivered for an extended period, a replacement or refund may be offered depending on the circumstances. All rights in photos, videos, writing, logos and other materials remain with the operator or lawful rights holder. Purchase or membership does not transfer copyright or other rights.

9. Disclaimer

The Site is not responsible for issues caused by a user device, network, spam settings, LINE or another external service, except where caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence of the Site. Testimonials and descriptive language do not guarantee a specific result.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes are subject in the first instance to the Osaka District Court or Osaka Summary Court.
