Additional costs
Customers are responsible for internet and communication charges, transport to the agreed meeting place, and any separately disclosed actual cost. Any additional cost will be shown or agreed before purchase or booking.
Payment method and timing
The Site accepts designated online payment methods. A one-time purchase is charged when ordered. A subscription is charged at initial enrollment and on each renewal date. The final checkout screen shows the payment timing and conditions.
Delivery
Digital content is delivered using the method provided after payment confirmation. Reservation-only services are delivered at the date and time agreed with the customer. Subscription content and frequency are described on the applicable plan page.
Recurring billing and contract period
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled using the designated method. The renewal date, any minimum term and cancellation deadline are shown on the offer or checkout screen.
Cancellation and refunds
Rules differ for digital content, subscriptions and reservation-only services. See the Cancellation, Refund and Subscription Cancellation Policy. If the provider cannot deliver the service or it materially differs from the agreement, the matter will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.
Technical requirements
Viewing photos or videos requires a compatible device, internet connection and current browser. A problem caused by the customer’s environment may not qualify for a refund.
