Selected plan, purchase history, payment status, membership status and cancellation status.
Requested dates, consultation details, photo-session conditions and other information needed to provide a service.
IP address, browser, device, viewed pages, cookies and similar access information.

Full credit-card numbers and security codes are handled by the external payment provider and are not stored by the Site.

2. How information is used

To process applications, payments, membership access and reservations.
To deliver member content, LINE group access, photo sessions and other services.
To verify identity or age and respond to inquiries.
To send important notices about renewals, cancellation or failed payments.
To prevent and investigate misuse, unauthorized reposting or harmful conduct.
To improve the service, analyze traffic and optimize information shown to visitors.

3. External services

The Site may use third-party services such as Stripe, LINE and Google Analytics for payment, communication and analytics. Information handled by those services is also subject to each provider’s privacy policy.

4. Disclosure to third parties

Personal information is not disclosed to third parties except with the individual’s consent, as needed by a contractor to provide the service, where required by law, or where necessary to protect life, body or property.

5. Security and retention

Reasonable safeguards such as access controls, authentication and encrypted communications are used to reduce unauthorized access, loss, disclosure or alteration. Information is retained only as long as needed for service delivery, transaction records, support, misuse prevention or legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized appropriately.

7. Requests concerning personal information

Memberships, private content, photo sessions, calls and in-person experiences are not available to anyone under 18. Access may be terminated if age information is false.

9. Policy changes

This policy may be revised because of legal or service changes. Material changes will be announced on the Site.
